at home in the United States, with about 810 thousand speakers.\u00a0 The largest Hindi populations in the United States are found in New York, Newark, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hindi, written from left to right in the <strong>Devanagari<\/strong> script, is one of the two official languages of the Government of <strong>India<\/strong>, along with the English language.\u00a0 Devanagari consists of 11 vowels and 33 consonants.\u00a0 Hindi is the fourth most-spoken first language in the world, after Mandarin, Spanish and English.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can listen online to Hindi language programming from Easy96.com in New York, RadioDil.com in New Jersey or government-operated <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/akashvani.gov.in\/radio\/live.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>All India <strong>phone application<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can cut and paste text from a Hindi language document, upload a document file, or enter a website address for translation.\u00a0 That may be useful to translate a Hindi language website for a <strong>foreign embassy<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>consulate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It helps the notary to use <strong>reasonable care<\/strong> to confirm the <strong>title<\/strong> and <strong>purpose<\/strong> of the document.\u00a0 The translated document is not notarized, so the translation does not need to be 100% accurate.\u00a0 The original document in the Hindi language is notarized.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>notary certificate<\/strong> can be in the Hindi language if the notary speaks Hindi.\u00a0 If the document is going to a foreign country and needs an <strong>apostille<\/strong> certificate attached by the Colorado Secretary of State (<strong>SOS<\/strong>), then the notary certificate must be in English.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the signer does not speak good English, a <strong>Hindi language notary
