It is simple to record minutes of your business meetings to document that your business is an operating legal entity<\/strong>, separate from your personal affairs.<\/p>\n

Mobile Notary<\/h2>\n

You can request a mobile notary<\/strong><\/a><\/span> to attend the end of your meeting to create notarized minutes<\/strong> or take the minutes to a notary soon after your meeting.<\/p>\n

The minutes may be designed as a sworn statement<\/strong> or affidavit<\/strong>, and then signed as notarized minutes, providing your sworn statement of the date, time, resolutions, and actions taken at the meeting.\u00a0 Keep the notarized minutes in your business records.\u00a0 The notary will also have an entry in the notary journal showing that the notarized minutes were completed.<\/p>\n
