<strong>backup copy<\/strong> of their important computer files.\u00a0 But, many do not <strong>clone<\/strong> (duplicate) a copy of their <strong>operating system<\/strong> and <strong>application software<\/strong>.\u00a0 <strong>EaseUS Todo Backup<\/strong> is popular software that can be used to backup your files and also clone a copy of a <strong>disk <\/strong><strong>partition<\/strong> infection, and you do not have a clone of it, you will have to <strong>reinstall<\/strong> your operating system, and all of your application software, and <strong>reset<\/strong> all of your style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cloning software<\/strong> allows you to clone your system disk so that you have a <strong>bootable backup copy<\/strong>.\u00a0 If you have a system disk crash, you simply remove the bad disk, insert the clone copy and you are up and running again quickly.\u00a0 Otherwise, it may take many hours or even days to <strong>rebuild<\/strong> and <strong>restore<\/strong> your disk by re-installing all the software.\u00a0 This lost time can be avoided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cloning software is also useful if you want to <strong>upgrade<\/strong> your system by installing a <strong>larger disk<\/strong> to replace a smaller disk, or for <strong>migration<\/strong> from a <strong>hard disk drive<\/strong> (<strong>HDD<\/strong>) to a <strong>solid-state drive <\/strong>(<strong>SSD<\/strong>).\u00a0 If your disk is not full, it is also possible to replace a larger capacity disk with a smaller capacity disk.\u00a0 The cloning software detects how much disk space is needed before it starts, and allows you to adjust the size of the disk partitions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are <strong>data<\/strong> files, including documents, spreadsheets, text and PDF files.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On another disk partition, I store my <strong>media<\/strong> files, such as audio, video, music and photos, which take up much more storage space than data files.\u00a0 Windows assigns each disk partition a different drive letter, even though each <strong>logical partition<\/strong> is located on the same physical disk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By using separate partitions, you can clone or copy one partition individually, without copying the other partitions.\u00a0 If the disk crashes or develops a defect or virus in the operating system partition, the separate partitions for data and media are not affected.\u00a0 Using separate partitions for programs, data and media provides more <strong>availability<\/strong> of files in case of a disk crash.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EaseUS<\/strong> offers several
