data-slimstat-tracking=\"true\" data-slimstat-async=\"true\" data-slimstat-callback=\"false\"><strong>https:\/\/translate.google.com\/<\/strong><\/a> or can be downloaded as a <strong>phone application<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can cut and paste text from a German\u00a0language document, upload a document file, or enter a website address for translation.\u00a0 That may be useful to translate a German\u00a0language website for a\u00a0<strong>foreign embassy<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>consulate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It helps the notary to use <strong>reasonable care<\/strong> to confirm the <strong>title<\/strong> and <strong>purpose<\/strong> of the document.\u00a0 The translated document is not notarized, so the translation does not need to be 100% accurate.\u00a0 The original document in the German\u00a0language is notarized.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>notary certificate<\/strong> can be in the German\u00a0language, if the notary speaks German.\u00a0 If the document is going to a foreign country, and needs an <strong>apostille<\/strong> certificate attached by the Colorado Secretary of State (<strong>SOS<\/strong>), then the notary certificate must be in English.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the signer does not speak good English,
