text-align: justify;\">1) the <strong>original certificate<\/strong> and <strong>document<\/strong> are returned to the notary<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">2) the notary <strong>verifies the error<\/strong> by checking written evidence such as the journal, document, ID, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">3) the notary legibly <strong>corrects<\/strong> the certificate, <strong>initials<\/strong> and <strong>dates<\/strong> the correction, (<strong>cross out<\/strong> incorrect information with a <strong>single line<\/strong>, print correct information neatly), or <strong>replaces<\/strong> with a corrected certificate<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;
