Our Colorado Notary Training (RULONA) course will prepare you to take the online Colorado notary exam. No prior legal knowledge is required. Notaries do not give legal advice or draft legal documents.
All students will receive a 36-page Colorado Notary Guide PDF file, which serves as a valuable notary reference guide for daily notary work, as well as learning notary procedures, and useful notary tips. Students also receive a 4-page Colorado notary exam study guide to focus on the information needed to pass the online, open-book Colorado notary exam.
Students will learn Colorado Notary law and procedures and how to apply to become a Colorado Notary Public or to renew a notary commission. The course is useful for current, expired, and renewing notaries to learn how to avoid common mistakes and potential problems.
As required by Colorado notary training rules, students must submit a copy of a current driver’s license or photo ID.
Students should register by using the official name to be used on their training certificate, notary application form, and notary stamp.
Students will receive a downloadable Course Completion Certificate PDF file upon successful completion of the course.
Students are welcome to contact us with questions at any time before, during, or after the course at firstname.lastname@example.org
