Learn How to Become a Colorado Notary Public
and Complete a Notary Application Through lecture, review and simple exercises, students will learn Colorado Notary law and be able to apply or renew to become a Colorado Notary at the end of class. Current and renewing Notaries will benefit from the review and tips for avoiding common mistakes and problems. Marketing ideas will show how a mobile Notary or Notary Signing Agent can work from home to earn part-time income or build a business or career. Law firms, accountants, health care, financial advisors, insurance agents, real estate brokers, human resources, mailing services, hotels, apartments, banks, lenders and title companies may wish to add Notary services. Demand is increasing, as more people require Notaries for estate planning, medical, real estate, loans, business and other legal documents. No prior legal background is required. Notaries do not give legal advice. Jerry Lucas is a Colorado Notary Public, Certified Trusted Notary member of the National Notary Association, and CEO of ABC Legal Docs, LLC. He is an experienced instructor for Colorado Free University, School District 11 Community Education, the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado, and a financial advisor and insurance broker.
